Online Dues Payment

We are pleased to be able to offer payment of HOA dues online via credit card, debit card or echeck. If you choose to make a one time payment, the service provider will charge you a $9.95 service fee.  If you would like to set up a recurring payment, this can only be done by echeck and there will be a $2.00 service fee.  

To start, create your private login, click continue, pick your payment method (Visa, Master Card or Discover Credit Cards, Visa or Master Card Debit Cards, or echecks).  Enter the requested information and follow the instructions.  Please make sure you keep track of your login and password as we have no access to the information for you.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the login process, please contact 1-866-289-5977.

Please let us know if you have any questions - Accounting at 858-569-8773.  You may also pay your dues automatically with automatic withdrawal (ACH) from your bank account.  The ACH form is in the "Documents" portion of our website.  Forward the form to accounting@ppm1.net.
